The space didn't come back after I deleted the originals
iOS keeps deleted photos and videos in Recently Deleted for 30 days. To release the space now, open Photos, then Albums, then Recently Deleted, tap Select, then Delete All.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, any time. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose TinySaur. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Apple handles all billing, so we can't cancel or refund for you. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I bought Pro but the app still says Free
In TinySaur open Settings and tap Restore Purchases, using the same Apple Account you bought with.
A video won't compress
Some videos are already compact, or use a format iOS can't re-encode. TinySaur skips them and tells you why. If a video that should work fails, email us and we'll look into it.
TinySaur can't see my photos
Open Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Photos, then TinySaur, and choose Full Access. TinySaur needs it to find, replace and delete videos.

Your photos and videos never leave your iPhone. See the privacy policy for details.
